Transport Cost - Outside Mumbai

Transport Optional cost: (Non AC)
Day Charges (Maximum Kilometres allowed within the cost 250; after that additional cost per km)

Cost from Mumbai to Trek Destination upto 100 km from Mumbai and back to Mumbai.
Sumo / Scorpio/ Tavera / Qualis / Simlar - Rs.5500/- per vehicle per day.
Tempo Traveler - Rs.7500/- per vehicle per day.
Minim Bus 27 Seated - Rs. 9000/- per bus per day.

Cost of Transport around Lonavala: (Upto base villages of following treks)
Tikona Fort, Lohgad, Korlaigad Fort, Phanasrai, Kathingad

Non-AC Sumo Vehicle (Capacity 7 persons)
Cost of for one way drop Rs.1750/-
Cost for Return trip Rs.2900/-

Non-AC Wan (Capacity 5 persons)

Cost for one way drop Rs.1350/-
Cost for Return trip Rs.2600/-

Cost Includes: Driver DA, Permit, Fuel Cost, Vehicle Hire.


Excludes:

Road Tolls; Parking cost if applicable has to be borne by the customer.

Transport for Off-Road locations will have different cost.





Transport is from Point-to-Point as per planned tour only. 
Timings for transport is between 6 am to 11 pm. 

Exclusions:
Food is not included, Bottled Water or other beverages other than mentioned above not included, Tips not include.
Anything that is not included is excluded.

All bookings against 100% advance, we have to manage all arrangements to create a good experience for you and your group.

cancellation policy with respect to your date of booking:
25% deduction of total camp fee booking amount for cancellation done before 21 days
50% deduction of total camp fee booking amount for cancellation done before 5 days 
No refund for an cancellation done in last 4 days before your event.

Disclaimers

Most of the destinations mentioned above are remote location have average or road that are not in good conditions. No refund would be made due to delays cased for reasons beyond our control.

Reasons like:

Vehicle breakdown
Bad Weather/ Bad Roads / Public Andolan / Public strikes etc.
Act of God (e.g. Earth Quakes; Floods; Land Slides etc.)
etc.
